The Best Porklion EVER!

-Ingredients:
     1 porklion
     dijon mustard
     1 1/2 tsp paprika
     2 tsp brown sugar
     1/2 tsp garlic
     1 tsp black pepper
     1/2 tsp salt
     1 1/2 tsp tony chacheres seasoning

-Directions:
     Mix paprika, sugar, garlic, pepper, salt and tonys into a small bowl.

     Baste dijon mustard onto one side of the porklion and sprinkle seasoning all over. Then flip the porklion over and baste and season this side also. Set oven to 350 and bake for an hour and a half give or take. 
    

Gorilla Bread

-Ingredients:
    4 cans of biscuits
     1 1/2 tbl of cinnamon
     1/2 cups of butter
     1 cup of sugar
     1 cup of brown sugar
     1/2 cup of pecans, raisins, &/or coconut (optional)
     2 sticks of cream cheese

-Directions:
     Cut each biscuit into two slices. Pour white sugar and cinnamon into a plastic bag and mix. Add biscuits peices, several at a time; shake well. Flatten and Place biscuits onto a nonstick cookie sheet. Spoon small amounts of cream cheese onto flattened biscuits and fold the biscuit up around the cheese. Pinch it together at the top to make sure it doesn't come undone while cooking. Sprinkle nuts/raisins/coconuts over biscuits. 

     Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil. Cool for 10 minutes then pour it over the biscuits.

     Bake at 350 for 15 mins. Keep a close watch cuz they burn extremely easy. Let cool for bout 5-10 minutes then chow down. :)

Cube Steak Sandwich

-Ingredients:
     2-3 lbs of cube steak
     1 onion
     french sandwich rolls
     tony chacheres seasoning
     worcestershire sauce
     tobasco sauce
     1/4 stick of butter
     2 tbl of butter

-Directions:
     Slice onion and cook with 1/4 stick of butter until soft. 
    
     Slice cube steak against the grain and season with tonys seasoning. Heat 2 tbl of butter until melted then add meat. Add worcestershire sauce and 5 to 6 shakes of  tobasco, add cooked onions.

     Butter bread and brown in the skillet on both sides. Put meat on bread and take a big bite. Yummmmmmmm!

No Bake Cookies

-Ingredients:
     1/2 cup of milk
     1 1/2 cups of sugar
     3 tbl of cocoa
     1/2 cup of peanut butter
     1 tsp of vanilla
     3 cups of oats

-Directions:
     Bring milk, sugar and cocoa to boil and cook for a full minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Spoon drops of mix onto wax paper and let cool for 30 minutes.
